The use of the Mayca product is a toffee like dessert which can complement other food products such as bread, fruit or ice cream or it can be eaten by itself combined with pecan nuts or almonds. The manufactured product has a thick consistency and a brownish appearance.
Incredibly delicious on toast, ice cream, fruit and by the spoonful mixed with nuts.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use witthin one month.
The value composition having as reference 30 grams of Mayca finished end product contains the following:
- 2.1% proteing
- 2.0% fat
- 28 grams of carbohydrates
